A trip to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno- guests Blake Shelton and Jim Rome.

Caught up with high school debate buddy Jeannette for dinner and gelato. Currently, she is teaching history to the middle schoolers of Los Angeles.

Stopped by Grauman's Chinese Theater to walk in Meryl Streep's footsteps.

Mourned the loss of Roger Ebert on Hollywood's Walk of Fame then watched Jimmy Kimmel Live with Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss.

Adam and I went on the apartment hunt in Long Beach and Seal Beach.

Co-resident Andrea and I went to The Talk and shook hands with Sara Gilbert and Sharon Osbourne.

Wine tasting with fellow residents at Hermosa beach's Bottle Inn.

Met up with college roommates in Austin, TX, for Teresa's wedding. For our first night in town we had pizza and Texas beers, made cookies and ate ice cream, and watched Love Actually with an obligatory dance-along to Jump (For My Love).

Teresa's pre-wedding spa party was complete with mani/pedis and massages!

One last meaty meal at Rudy's Bar-B-Q before the vegan-friendly ceremony and reception (where the food was actually incredible!).

The ceremony was followed by super tasty food, fun dancing, and delicious Amy's ice cream!

Teresa and Dane's first dance to Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zero's song Home was everything this couple is: loving, quirky, playful, unique, and essentially awesome.

A bunch of Rice folks gathered in downtown Austin for a final toast.
